Business Development Director, IT analyst and private investor. I joined KPC Group, Independent Partner Representative, the world leading ICT advisory company, in January 2007, working mostly with public sector and state owned company clients. In April 2005, I was appointed as Minister of Informatics in the Czech government. From January 2003 I worked as Deputy Minister responsible for e-government and international cooperation. Prior to mine appointment in the public sector I worked in different positions as manager and senior specialist in media and TV companies (Czech Television, TV 3 Channel). From 1994 to 1999 I was a Member of the Supervisory Board of Česká Typografie, Czech biggest newspaper printing company. I have a Master degree in management specializing in information technologies from Prague School of Economics and studied political science specializing in media and communication at the Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic.
